Please be aware there are certain terms and conditions, under which we conduct our business with our customers. Use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use of the website at anytime thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bounds by the terms as amended.
Unless you advise us otherwise, your use of the site constitutes your agreement for us to reply to you by electronic mail for such purposes as we may consider appropriate. We value your privacy and we will not share your information. You may opt-in or opt-out of our email database at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of our newsletter or alternatively by e-mailing us at email@example.com
Lindas of Kinsale sells only to customers who are resident in the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Orders outside of these countries will not be processed, no orders will be dispatched to any address outside of these countries, however if you contact us directly we will be pleased to make specific arrangements with you.
Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual size and colour in all product images on the website. However, due to variances between photography techniques, monitor screen defaults and other technologies, there may be minor differences between a product's appearance online and in store.
All of our products are priced in Euros including Value Added Tax. Please note that our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payment on-line by Visa, Mastercard, and One4All cards
Every effort is made by us to ensure that all information recorded online, e.g. product descriptions and details, are accurate. If any error occurs we will correct it as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that our product is shown at an incorrect price we will at discretion either 1/ cancel the order, inform the customer of the cancellation and contact the customer detailing further instructions regarding the product, or 2/ arrange for a substitute item of the price paid to be supplied to you. All customers are entitled to reject this substitute item in which case the customer can return the product at their own expense including the original packaging and paperwork directly to us. Whereupon receipt of the item is taken in whole and in re-saleable condition a refund of purchase will be addressed as soon as possible.
Due to order volumes, on rare occasion an item can go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on our website. If this occurs, we will notify you by telephone call or e-mail as soon as possible to arrange a refund or a substitue order. This replacement will be the equivalent of the previous product pricing. You are entitled to reject the substitute in which case we will arrange a refund of your payment.
All orders must be paid in advance, credit and debit cards will be debited as soon as the order is placed.
Once payment is made and your order is placed we will then contact you again detailing your order process and dispatching. A binding contract is formed via e-mail confirming your order has been accepted and dispatched.
Goods will then be dispatched as soon as the order is confirmed and payment is cleared. However, please be aware that it can take some time for payments to be fully confirmed. For this reason, please allow 7 working days for purchases over the value of €500 to clear.
All orders processed are fully insured and may require a signature to acknowledge the receipt of delivery.
Any cancellations or amendments to an order must be submitted via e-mail before your order has been processed. We will do our best to assist you with any amendments.
Lindas of Kinsale shall take every care in the postage of our products. In the event that they are damaged in transit Lindas of Kinsale shall not be responsible for replacement costs of the item. Lindas of Kinsale shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Lindas of Kinsale shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by goods arriving late or damaged.
If you do not receive your order in 30 days of the order confirmation having been sent, it is your responsibility to contact us, and this must be done within 40 days of the original order. We are not liable for any errors which are not addressed within this time-frame.
All goods are the property of Lindas of Kinsale until full payment has been received.
